Hello! My name is Bethany Stewart.  I live in Newport with my husband, Hazard Stewart, and our two wonderful daughters, Beau (6) and Ruby (3).  I am a native Aquidneck Islander, having grown up right down the street from (what would later become) BLOOM.  

While my formal education is in elementary education, my work experience (and parenting experience) has been in the realm of early childhood.  I spent ten years working at Little Friends, most recently as the Director from 2000-2006.  It was in 2006 that I left to begin my own adventure in mothering.  

Opening BLOOM has been a dream realized for me.  I am so thrilled to have been blessed with the opportunity to offer a truly special childcare and preschool experience worthy of our little miracles.
